HISTORY OF OUR ORAL AND DENTAL HEALTH CENTER
The first existing building of our Mersin Silifke Oral and Dental Health Center provided polyclinic services as an Oral and Dental Health clinic with 9 units within the Silifke State Hospital.
In order to meet the increasing demand for dental services in the Silifke district of Mersin Province, due to its rapidly growing location that receives intense migration and provides intensive services to other surrounding districts, it was decided to open it as the Mersin Silifke Oral and Dental Health Center with 20 Units with the approval of the Ministry dated 09/09/2020 and numbered E.1730. 18 units were established by the Oral and Dental Health Center by procuring medical equipment and consumables. It started serving with 9 permanent dentists in December 2020. In February 2021, 4 more dentists were assigned to the Oral and Dental Health Center and started serving with 13 dentists.
Our Oral and Dental Health Center's current building has been serving as the Mersin Silifke Oral and Dental Health Center (Group C) in Göksu Neighborhood since 04/12/2020, with 18 of its 20-unit capacity in use.
PHYSICAL STRUCTURE: Mersin Silifke Oral and Dental Health Center is a healthcare institution providing outpatient oral and dental treatment services, with a total area of 11527 m2 and a closed area of 2455 m2. Service Buildings are of reinforced concrete style.
It has a Ground floor, First Floor, and Second Floor.
