Patients can make their applications by applying to the relevant polyclinic secretaries or by calling the Ministry of Health's 182 MHRS telephone line to make an appointment.
Applications must be made with an official and photo ID document containing the patient's identification information.
The patient has the right to choose a doctor. Doctor Monthly Work Schedules are available on our website and in all polyclinics.
Reception, information, and guidance personnel are assigned to facilitate access to services for patients who apply to our hospital.
Appointment registrations are made by the secretary of the relevant polyclinic.
Emergency cases (sudden illnesses, accidents, injuries, etc., and cases deemed by a physician to require urgent medical intervention), disabled individuals, pregnant women, patients over 65 years of age, children under 7 years of age, widows and orphans of war and duty martyrs, disabled veterans, and veterans have registration priority. In addition, for forensic cases referred by law enforcement, the prosecutor's office/law enforcement must notify the healthcare institution/organization in advance and make an appointment.
If patients who wish to keep their identity information confidential notify the relevant secretary, the rules in the "Written Procedure for Ensuring Patient Confidentiality" will be applied. We wish you healthy days.
